The first three storeys of the building’s ten-storey podium base contains both retail and commercial spaces, including a Barry’s Bootcamp which was built with HGC Engineering’s expertise and guidance as an acoustically isolated room-within-a-room fitness studio.
The floors above the retail and commercial spaces include 402 residential units that range from studios to three bedroom suites. Picasso’s 10th floor is the building’s ‘entertainment destination’ featuring a range of amenities include a bar and lounge area, billiards room, yoga & pilates studio, media/cinema lounge, dining room, spa and sauna areas.
