Corey Kinart MBA, INCE, PEng President

Corey Kinart is President of HGC Noise Vibration Acoustics. He specializes in measuring, assessing and controlling noise and vibration emissions from large scale industrial sites. For more than a decade, he has headed our group that looks after petrochemical facilities, oil and gas refineries, gas transmission and storage facilities, and cement plants. He has conducted feasibility studies, noise assessments and acoustic audits for regulatory approvals, as well as noise complaint investigations, for hundreds of facilities across North America and abroad. In addition, Petrochemical, oil and gas projects of note include comprehensive assessments of extensive petrochemical facilities near Sarnia, Ontario, Canada and numerous Union Gas and Enbridge Gas Inc. facilities throughout Ontario, Canada, the Staatsolie oil refinery in Suriname and an onshore gas receiving and metering facility in Trinidad & Tobago. In the sector of aggregates and cement, his projects include the Lafarge Bath Cement Plant and Dundas Quarry, and the St. Mary’s cement plants in St. Marys and Bowmanville.
