The Hullmark Centre is a mixed-use, high-density development located in Northern Toronto. The Centre includes two towers reaching 35 and 49 storeys, on a podium that contains office and retail space, all fronting onto a large public plaza. The complex comprises 683 luxury residential units, 240 commercial suites and 67,000 square feet of retail, including a spacious Whole Foods grocery store. Condo amenities include a media room, bar, fireplace lounge, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, fitness centre, theatre, billiards room, and boardroom. The mix of residential, commercial and retail spaces in close proximity presented demanding and complex acoustical consulting challenges for HGC, which has also showcased our problem-solving expertise.
