The residences of 33 Yorkville Avenue is a luxury mixed-use condominium being built in the heart of Yorkville on a site that was formerly occupied by an old multi-story parking lot. The project features two sleek towers, 71 and 46 storeys high, on a majestic eight-storey podium. Retail space will be located at grade level and on the second floor of the rostrum. The seventh floor will showcase a striking Sky Lobby with soaring ceilings along with a diverse range of amenities including a multi-media theatre and billiards room; a bowling alley; state-of-the-art yoga and fitness centres; lounge and party rooms; and a wine storage & tasting room. We have been providing comprehensive acoustical consulting services to the project including whole building vibration assessment and design due to its proximity to the subway line. Construction is expected to be completed in 2022.
