The ground and second floors facing Eglinton Avenue feature over 53,000 square feet of retail space whose main tenants include a major Loblaws supermarket, an LCBO, an Orangetheory Fitness Centre, and the restaurant Bar Buca. The Condo with 700 suites, features extensive amenities. Its main common amenity area is located on the 4th floor within the podium accessible from both towers and includes an indoor salt water lap pool, a co-ed sauna and steam room, a two-level gym, a yoga room, a computer/meeting room, common room/party room, a movie theatre, a demonstration kitchen with adjoining seating area and separate dining room. HGC Engineering provided extensive noise, vibration and acoustical consulting services, including construction vibration monitoring and an acoustical review of the refrigeration system in the Loblaws.
