HGC was asked to review the acoustical impact of the Airport in relation to a nearby land area that was being considered for development. The land area in question is located between the 30 and 35 Noise Exposure Forecast (NEF) contours, and within these contours “sensitive land use” is prohibited. After reviewing the Airport’s NEF contours, HGC was brought in as Expert Witnesses during a tribunal on the area development in question to present our findings.
