The King Street Theatre Centre  was originally designed as a performance space for Theatre & Company.   Today the Venue is known as the Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts, and is among other things, the rehearsal space for the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony. As a member of the design team, HGC designed the acoustics and HVAC noise control for this  346-seat flexible performance space that originally included teaching and rehearsal facilities, administrative offices, a fully functioning carpentry shop for set, costume, and prop construction, four dressing rooms, green room, concession area, backstage area, and lobby.
