The South West Quadrant Renewal Project is part of a long term plan to revitalize the city of Brampton’s historic downtown. A massive multi-million dollar redevelopment of the southwest corner of Main and Queen streets, includes an expanded city hall and civic centre. HGC provided comprehensive acoustical services for Phase 1 of this 205,000 sq.ft., LEED Gold certified renewal project which consists of a 9 storey building housing administrative offices, a police reporting station and ground retail space. The project also includes a 3 storey addition to City Hall featuring multi-purpose meeting and committee rooms and more ground retail space.
