Located adjacent to the Ruwais Housing Complex, Ruwais Mall is the only community shopping mall catering to the Western Region. The Mall houses retail stores along with a supermarket, a four-screen cinema, an entertainment zone, and a food court. HGC provided acoustic analysis of the building envelope with respect to noise intrusions from a nearby dual carriageway.
