750 Peel is a major new residential development taking shape within Montréal’s rapidly evolving Quad Windsor district, an area undergoing long‑term revitalization into a dense, mixed‑use urban centre. Designed as an important residential anchor in this expanding neighbourhood, the project will deliver 510 purpose‑built rental homes to the city’s core. Its location places residents within steps of Gare Windsor, the Bell Centre, and major commercial destinations, reinforcing the building’s position in a highly accessible downtown setting.

The building includes underground parking and features a European‑inspired courtyard, creating a sheltered outdoor space for residents. Inside, modern coworking and meeting areas will support hybrid work patterns, while wellness‑oriented amenities enhance daily comfort and livability.

At street level, new commercial spaces and public‑realm upgrades help knit the project into the evolving fabric of Quad Windsor. The building is scheduled for occupancy in 2026. HGC has been providing comprehensive acoustical consulting throughout the project.
